Puretec X7-R Water Filter Suits PureMix X7

Description

The Puretec X7-R filter is a high-quality American-made filter suitable for town or tank water supplies. Filters a wide range of contaminants including sediment, chlorine, bad taste and odour, and dozens of chemicals.

A more affordable option is also available. The Omnipure ELF-1m-P-Fibre is also an American made product with the same capabilities as the X7-R. To use it, the Puretec head will need to be modified or a new head installed. It is identical to the Puretec X7-R in terms of contaminant removal rates and capacity.  

X7-R Puretec Water Filter cartridge suits PureMix X7 and X6 and has replaced the old X6-R filters to give you a better flow for longer.

Both the ELF-1m-P-Fire and the X7-R cartridge are better equipped to handle sediment than the X6-R cartridge.

Contaminant Reduction

Reduces – Sediment, dirt, rust, algae, scale and other particles filtered down to 1 micron including Giardia and Cryptosporidium cysts.

Taste, odour, chlorine, chloramines and other chemicals are absorbed by the carbon block.

Heavy metals plus Lead reduction

Note: The ELF filter and head option is to replace the Puretec head with the ELF head. The ELF head has 3/8″ Bsp female threads the same as the Puretec heads. A great way to save money while achieving the same level of filtration.
