Freight Charges
Freight charges are calculated using Australia Post Regular Parcel Rates according to weight and destination. Freight charges are shown in the second last step in the checkout after you have entered your postal destination.
Orders can be changed or deleted before payment in the checkout process.
We do not charge any packing or handling fees and guarantee to replace any damaged or missing orders.
We may choose to use a Express courier for larger items, you will be notified if goods are to be sent by a courier.
Goods are dispatched on the same day or within 24 hours of payment being cleared. subject to availability of stock.
For some reason if we are out of stock or have not got adequate stock to fill an order the customer will be contacted before order is sent out.
International customers should check with their countries postal service for any extra customs fees or duties that may apply on arrival in your country. As these fees will be on top of the purchase price and payable by the customer at time of delivery.
