Payment Methods & Terms
Payment before goods are sent out for non account customers. Account customers payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice. All goods remain the property of Clarence Water Filters Pty Ltd until paid in full.
Direct bank deposits via Internet banking & in branch banking.
Credit Cards, PayPal, Cash, Bank Cheque, Money Order, Personal Cheque.
All overseas purchases must use Pay Pal to complete the purchase.
We ship to All states and islands of Australia. We also ship to some overseas countries like New Zealand etc if you would like to place an order and your country does not appear in the shipping options please contact us for a quote on shipping.
We may choose to use a Express courier for some items, you will be notified if goods are to be sent by a Courier. Freight charges are calculated according to weight and destination. Freight charges are shown in the checkout after you have entered your postal destination or you can check the postage costs of your cart by clicking the Calculate Shipping button on the shopping cart page. Orders can be changed or deleted before payment in the checkout process. We do not charge any packing or handling fees and guarantee to replace any damaged or missing orders. Goods are dispatched on the same day or within 24 hours of payment being cleared. subject to availability of stock. Express post is not a Guaranteed overnight service in most areas and can take up to 3 days for delivery. For some reason if we are out of stock or have not got adequate stock to fill an order the customer will be contacted before order is sent out.
International customers should check with their countries postal service for any extra customs fees or duties that may apply on arrival in your country. As these fees will be on top of the purchase price and payable by the customer at time of delivery.
Privacy & Security
We only use the personal information give to us for shipping & billing purposes. Credit Card information is erased & not stored. Any information and details you enter on this site will not be passed on in any way. Our website has a SSL Security Certificate for online transactions.
Replacement of Damaged Goods
We Guarantee to replace any goods that may go missing or get damaged in transit. All items are well packed and insured. If the goods received are believed to be damaged during transit please bring it to the attention of the delivery person and sign it as damaged. Also contact us straight away and you may need to provide us with proof of damage eg. a picture, within 24 hours of delivery. If your item was delivered by Australia Post please take a picture and then take the parcel to your nearest post office including the packaging for inspection and you will be required to fill out a claim form so we can claim the damaged back from Australia Post.
We are customer friendly & do not charge restocking fees in most cases, see notes below.* Prior notification of return must be arranged with Clarence Water Filters Pty Ltd before any return will be accepted. Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Be in the original packing and unused or modified in any way. Freight costs are not refundable and any freight & insurance costs derived from any product return will not be the responsibility of Clarence Water Filters Pty Ltd

12 months warranty on non consumable products only. Replacement cartridges, filters, ballasts, lamps etc. are consumables and are not covered under this warranty. Consumables are covered by manufactures warranty for failure at time of installation or DOA you must notify Clarence Water Filters Pty Ltd within 14 days of delivery of any consumable failures. During the warranty period Clarence Water Filters Pty Ltd will repair, replace or refund at it’s option, when it has been determined by Clarence Water Filters Pty Ltd at it’s discretion that the non consumable product has failed due to defective materials or workmanship. Any warranty does not cover failure due to improper installation or maintenance, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications or alterations, freight charges, cost of removal or replacement. The risk of the goods shall be passed to the purchaser upon delivery. The purchaser is reasonable for loses and consequential damage caused by leaking filters.
