AP10X2-P100C-Phos/100 Extra Protection Twin Softening System

Description

AP10X2-P100C-Phos100% Extra protection two stage water filter and water softener system for hard water or water supplies high in Calcium. Softens water and stops Calcium scale built up & staining problems.

First stage is a 1025P100C Ion exchange cartridge that can be flushed over & over up to 2 years. Contains food grade cation resin to soften water by physical chemical process know as Ion Exchange.

Second stage is a 1025Phos/100% Polyphosphate anti scale filter. The Polyphosphate filter is a very slow dissolving Polyphosphate that may last up to 2 years, depending on water conditions.

Ion Exchange water softener cartridge reduces Calcium, Magnesium, Manganese & Iron and makes hard water soft and non corrosive. The minerals are reduced by cling to the resin.

Provides 400 to 800 Litres of soft water before regeneration of filter, depending on the degree of hardness in water. Regeneration of resin is done with common table salt.

Flushing instructions are supplied with the system.

Ideal to connect in line before any commercial equipment like ice makers, coffee & tea machines as this system will protect equipment from scale build up and costly servicing.

For the highest contaminate reduction flow rate of 2 – 3 Lpm, but can be used on slightly higher flow rates for some applications.

Double 10″ heavy duty housings on a White Steel mounting bracket. 3/4 Bsp female threads on inlet and outlet ports. (3/4 bsp is 25mm across) Sump spanner included.
