Description
The 7″ CeraMetix™ Imperial ceramic water filter reduces sediment, fluoride, chlorine, heavy metals, bacteria, parasitic cysts, and many other contaminants. It is a premium wide body filter candle with a larger diameter and capacity than the standard 7″ Cerametix ceramic candle.

The CeraMetix® GF filter range is one includes many of the world’s best ceramic water filters. They combine a silver impregnated ceramic outer shell with AquaMetix® inner core technology.
The ceramic shell and AquaMetix® core combines ultra-fine mechanical filtration and physical adsorption processes to reduce a wide variety of drinking water contaminants.
The fine pore structure of the ceramic material gives the AquaMetix® core plenty of contact time to work on the water. In addition to improving taste and odour, it reduces fluoride, chlorine, chloramine, volatile organic compounds, PFAS, lead, mercury, asbestos, arsenic, and pharmaceutical compounds.
The cleanable ceramic shell is designed to reduce suspended solids, pathogenic bacteria and cysts. The CeraMetix® elements have been tested in accordance with ANSI/NSF protocols for cyst, turbidity, particulates, lead, heavy metals, pharmaceutical compounds, chloramines and chlorine reduction (Class I)
Please note: The texture/finish of cartridges will vary depending on hand finishing of the exterior. Cartridge may have a chalky flavour when first installed until adequate flushing have taken place (up to 50L of flushing may be required).
