Hybrid G6 Service Kit Parts List
Stage 1: Pentek 5 Micron Pleated Washable Sediment Filter (1045PW5)
High-quality Pentek pleated washable sediment filter rated at 5 microns. Removes particulates from your water, including sand, silt, dirt, rust, algae, and metal.
Washable filter which can be hosed off 4-5 times to improve it’s performance and lifespan. Replace as required with a maximum lifespan of 12 months. Suitable replacement for the Puretec PL05MP1.
Stage 2: Pentek 10 Micron Pleated Carbon Filter (NCP-10BB)
A 10 micron pleated carbon filter which reduces bad taste/odour and a range of chemical contaminants without significantly impacting flow rate.
Reduces:
- Bad taste/odour
- Sediment
- Chemicals from overspray including pesticides and herbicides
- Petrochemicals
- Other organic chemicals including glyphosphate
Suitable replacement for the Puretec DP10MP1.
Stage 3: UV Steriliser
The UV steriliser in the Puretec G6 kills or incapacitates a wide range of pathogens including bacteria, cyst parasites (cryptosporidium, cyclospora, giardia), algal spores, and viruses.
The consumable items which need to be replaced in the Hybrid G6 UV Steriliser are:
- UV Lamp
The 11066 (RL6) 46 to 50 watt UV Lamp with 4 pins at one end. Dimensions 525mm (including pins) x 18.5mm (replace at 12 months) - Quartz Sleeve
21017 (RQS6) Quartz sleeve (needs to be cleaned every 12 months and replace if damaged or unable to clean to transparency) - O-rings
2 x GT7-2NSF-OR sleeve o-rings (replace every time you remove the quartz sleeve for cleaning). It is important to change the system’s o-rings regularly or water may penetrate through the o-ring and reach the lamp.
