Premium quality American-made Unicel Pleated Washable Water Filters in 10″ x 4.5″ size.
These filters are standard Double Open Ended and will fit 10″ x 4.5″ Big Blue and Big White filter housings.
High-quality pleated cartridge with a large surface area and excellent flow rates.
Filters can be washed and reused (typically 4-5 washes before they need to be replaced). Simply spray down using a garden hose. Can be soaked in a food grade anti-bacterial solution like Milton’s baby bottle wash to remove stubborn sediment.
As a guide, 50 micron is works well as a pre-filter capture larger clumps of sediment and organic matter. 20 micron and lower will capture most suspended sediment.
