I have had two recent experiences with this company, both times being attended to by a young lady named Brooke. My husband and I are in our eighties and unsure of technical needs installing parts of our UV system. Brooke has gone above and beyond to be patient and most helpful. Living on a rural property, for many years we have used fiber and ceramic filters from one supplier. However, a couple of weeks ago surfing the web, I came across Clarence Water Filters. Their selection of fiber filters and Doulton ceramic filters is better priced than what I have been paying. Also, the ceramic filters I just ordered arrived through AusPost ASAP well packed and good condition. Excellent service.
