Well what can I say, this company and its cheerful staff have helped me out of a real... bind.Some weeks ago I bought a Refillable Water Bubbler from a company in the Gold Coast.The product was a B26AO.As I had owned this Bubbler before, I expected that a rubber stopper with a spring release valve would be supplied with the unit.It was not and when I enquired why not, I was informed that it was no longer made.That meant that I had to place the heavy water bottle on top of the filter, trying not to spill any water.Of course it was nonsense and unacceptable.Upon further research I came across Clarence Water Filters of Yamba NSW and was surprised to discover that the spring loaded stopper was available and they immediately send me one, for a cost of course, which I received the following day.Stunning!So they have helped me and I am very happy.read more
