Comes with a high-quality American-made HC351-s filter, VH3/NEP filter head and your choice of two dedicated drinking water taps.

A complete filtration solution which safeguards the quality of your water while you are travelling in your caravan or RV. Ideal for treating harsh Australian water.

Removes a huge range of contaminants including sediment, rust, dirt, chlorine, chloramines, pesticides, herbicides, volatile organic compounds and much more.

Built-in scale protection which makes it ideal for travellers who are visiting areas with hard water, like South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland, and Northern Territory.

Also offers protection from parasitic cysts like Cryptosporidium, Cyclospora, and Giardia, which may be present in untreated water from tanks, bores, and natural water sources.

This system is designed for use with a dedicated drinking water tap.

Filtration Process

The 3M™ HC351-S is a three stage filter with the following filtration process:

Stage 1: Sediment filtration

After water enters the filter, particulate matter is reduced using a fine 1 micron sediment pad. It will reduce all types of solid particulate matter including rust, sand, silt, dirt, algae, and much more.

Stage 2: Activated Carbon 

Next, the water flows through a solid carbon block. As the water pushes through, chemical contaminants will adhere to the pores of the carbon. It dramatically reduces a wide range of chemical contaminants including chlorine, chloramines, volatile organic compounds, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and much more.

The carbon also reduces any unpleasant odours or flavours in your water, making it much more palatable and enjoyable to drink.

Stage 3: Polyphosphate 

In the final stage, the water runs through food-grade polyphosphate granules. If the water is hard, the polyphosphate will begin to dissolve, coating dissolved calcium and magnesium ions so they cannot form scale as easily on your sinks and taps. A great way to avoid unsightly scale build-up and protect your caravan from damage.

Our affordable inline caravan and RV filter system comes with everything you need to filter your incoming water, including:

• 1 x 3M HC-351-s (with VH3/NEP Head)
• 1 x 290/BL Black Lever chrome tap OR 301/C Chrome tap
• 1 x 7/16″ UNS to 1/4″ Connector (Connects your tap to tubing)
• 2 x Metres of 1/4″ blue tubing (Runs between water filter and tap)
• 1 x 12mm DMFit Tee fitting (Connects with your standard 12mm tubing)
• 1 x 12mm stem to 1/2″ BSP male  (Connects with Tee fitting)
• 1 x 1/2″ BSP female to 1/4″ tube  (Connects with Stem fitting to feed water filter)
• 2 x 3/8″ Stem to 1/4″ Tube Fittings (Inserts into filter head and connects to 1/4″ tubing)

Operation Tips

Instructions are included with the system to make installation a breeze. All you will need to do is cut into the 12 mm cold water line which feeds your existing tap, insert the tee piece, then install the filter. Find a great location for your tap then run 1/4″ tubing into the outlet of the filter.

Delivery Details

Deliveries will be shipped out same-day via Australia Post, Aramex or Startrack.

Cut off times are 1 pm for Aramex and Startrack deliveries, and 4 pm for Australia Post deliveries.
