Description
Town water supply with Chlorine large twin Big Blue whole of house water filter system disposable filters.
This system is a Twin Big Blue filter housings with 1″ Bsp threaded inlet & outlet ports that take standard 20″ x 4.5″ filters, mounted on a Stainless Steel bracket with a plastic housing spanner for undoing the filter sumps.

Standard system is the Twin2045BB+PS5+CB5
The first stage of the system is a 2045PS5 5 Micron Poly Spun sediment filter which will reduce sediment, rust algae etc.
The second stage is a 2045CB5 coconut carbon block filter that will reduce Chemicals, Chlorine, Organic Compounds, Trihalomethanes, Fallout from over spray, Bad Taste and Odours greatly improving your water quality.
Or the extra fine filtration of the Twin2045BB+PS1+CB0.5Silver
The first stage of the system is a 2045PS1 1 Micron Poly Spun sediment filter which will reduce sediment, rust, algae down to 1 micron.
The second stage is a 2045CB0.5Silver coconut carbon block filter that will reduce Chemicals, Chlorine, Organic Compounds, Trihalomethanes, Fallout from over spray, Bad Taste and Odours greatly improving your water quality. 0.5 Micron for extra fine filtration and Silver impregnated to help inhibit bacteria growth in the filter.
The recommended maximum filter life is 12 months. Depending on water quality and water usage filters may need to be replaced as required. Please note that the Extra Fine System may need replacement filters more often.
Dimensions 385mm wide x 200mm deep x 700mm high (you will need to allow an extra 50mm under the system for changing the filters)
Rated at 500Kpa maximum pressure. For protection from high pressures it is recommended to have a pressure limiting valve on your system. We can supply a whole of house Pressure Limiting Valve. The PLV valve will help protect all appliances in the house like dishwashers, washing machines and fridges from excessive water pressure. Available in the product Options.

Limit pressure to a maximum of 500kPa
If you suspect that your water pressure may exceed 80 PSI at any time a 500 kPa (70 PSI) pressure limiting valve must be installed.
3/4″ BSP female 500 kPa pressure limiting vales are available in the options.
