Premium Triple Stage Whole Of House Filter System designed to remove a wide range of contaminants including chemicals, and bad tastes/odours from chlorinated town water.

Also contains polyphosphate which reduces scale build-up in areas with hard water, like Western Australia, South Australia, and Queensland. 

The filter system is enclosed within a Tamper, Corrosion, and UV-Resistant housing made from 304 stainless steel. This helps to protect the unit from harsh Australian weather, extending its lifespan.

The brushed steel housing also gives the unit a clean, modern appearance which suits the design aesthetic of virtually any property.

The HPF-3 is designed to work at high flow rates, which makes it ideal for busy households and workplaces. Uses standard 20″ x 4.5″ replacement filters in “Big Blue” housings, which makes finding replacement filters simple.

Using standard 20″ x 4.5″ filters means you also have plenty of flexibility in terms of filter selection.

Unit comes with your choice of premium filters, which provide exceptional sediment, chemical, and scale reduction. Uses coconut carbon, which removes bad tastes/odours from your water and gives it a clean and delicious flavour.

Pressure gauges supplied make it simple to check the performance of your filters. Once you notice a significant reduction in pressure levels, you know it is time to replace your filter cartridges.

The HPF-3 comes with the filter system and filters pre-fitted, making installation a breeze.

There are two filter set options to choose from along with the option of a pressure limiting valve (recommended for most installations).

Please note: Can be used for tank or untreated water if the stage 2 / 3 filters are upgraded to Silver Carbon. Please let us know if you will be using the system for tank or untreated water and we will provide a quote.

HPF-3 Triple Whole House Water Filter System – Filter Options

There are two filter sets to choose from.

Option 1

Stage 1: 2045PS5 – 5 Micron Polyspun Filter
A disposable sediment filter, made from food grade polypropylene. Blocks sand, silt, dirt, rust, algae, and other particulates.

Stage 2: 2045CB5 (5 Micron Carbon Block)
Fine 5 micron coconut carbon block which adsorbs a wide range of chemical contaminants. Also improves the taste and odour of your water.

Stage 3: 2045ORC/Phos Refillable Cartridge
A refillable filter contain Catalytic Carbon (ORC) and Polyphosphate.

ORC Carbon has been modified to have enhanced chemical removal properties compared to standard carbon. Reduces even more chemical contaminants from your water, including chloramines.

Polyphosphate is a natural food grade substance which reduces scale build-up in your home. It slowly dissolves into the water, sequestering (locking up) calcium and magnesium carbonates and bicarbonates, which make it harder for them to precipitate from the water and make scale.

Reduces the impact of scale on your bathrooms, hot water systems, and water-consuming appliances. Also makes showering a more pleasant experience as it will be easier to form a lather with soap.

Option 2

Stage 1: 2045PW5Nom  5 Micron Pleated Washable Filter
A pleated sediment filter, which can be washed several times to extend its lifespan. Reduces sand, silt, dirt, rust, algae, and other particulate contaminants.

Stage 2: 2045GAC Refillable Cartridge
A refillable filter cannister containing granular activated carbon (coconut carbon). Adsorbs a wide range of chemical contaminants. Also improves the taste and odour of your water.

Stage 3: 2045ORC/Phos Refillable Cartridge
The same filter as listed above. Refillable filter contain Catalytic Carbon (ORC) and Polyphosphate.

ORC Carbon has enhanced chemical removal properties compared to standard carbon, making it capable of reducing even more chemical contaminants from your water, including hard-to-eliminate chloramines.

Polyphosphate included to reduce scale build-up in your home. It slowly dissolves into the water, sequestering calcium and magnesium carbonates and bicarbonates.

Reduces the impact of scale on your bathrooms, hot water systems, and water-consuming appliances. Also makes showering a more pleasant experience as it will be easier to form a lather with soap.

Once the carbon reaches full capacity, you simply pour it onto your garden or into the green bin, before refilling with a bag of carbon.

Pressure limiting valve

An optional pressure limiting valve is also available. It prevents pressure build-up in the incoming water line which could damage your filter housings or filters. Recommended for most town water installations and particularly in areas with high water pressure.

If your system has plastic ports do not use pipe dope or other liquid thread sealers. Use only Teflon tape to seal threaded connections.
